When choosing event destinations, we carefully evaluate multiple factors to ensure that we provide the best possible experiences around the world.

Considerations include:

  • Collaboration with our Preferred Partners to showcase diverse destinations so that Members and Partners can experience a destination and then share them with their clients.
  • Emerging destinations that we believe Virtuoso travelers will want to discover or destinations that have historically had lasting and broad appeal.
  • Offering events in different locations globally, so that travel duration and expenses are not disproportionate for Members and Partners in any one region over time.
  • Our selection process also considers practical considerations such as transportation options as well as hotel and meeting space capacity.
Virtuoso UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa Forum offers Owners and Managers the opportunity to gather in a collaborative setting that promotes learning, sharing, and empowerment. Forum will draw on the knowledge of outside experts and Virtuoso leaders, provide professional development appropriate for running businesses, afford opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, and include valuable networking time between local agency Owners and Managers and preferred partners.
Virtuoso Forum events are for Agency Owners & Managers in the UK, Ireland and Middle East, along with Preferred Partners.
  • Members – Yes, because space is limited, Virtuoso asks that you request to attend. Decisions on who will be approved to attend will be based on the Member Engagement Reward Program for Members in the UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa regions. For more information on the program, please reach out to your Virtuoso Account Director.
  • Partners - Yes, because space is limited, Virtuoso asks that you request to attend so we can ensure that partners of all types and sizes are equally represented at the event.
Important Note: Please do not make air travel arrangements until we confirm your request. Per our cancellation policy, submitting a "Request to Attend" means you are fully committed to attending the entire event.
Registration will open Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 10:00AM GMT and close Monday, April 15, 2024 at 11:59PM GMT.
Registering for any Virtuoso event is a commitment to attend. Your registration affects availability for other attendees because each event has limited capacity.

Preferred Partner Cancellation Fees
After April 15, 100% cancellation penalties apply if you:
  • Cancel your registration
  • Fail to complete your registration
  • Fail to attend the event
Virtuoso will not provide refunds for any portion of the event registration fee . Any hotel accommodations booked directly with the hotel will need to be cancelled directly with the hotel by the attendee and are subject to the hotel's cancellation penalties.

Cancellation penalties cannot be used as a credit toward a future event. Virtuoso encourages you to purchase travel insurance through one of our Preferred Partners to protect your travel investment.

Member Cancellation Fees
After April 15, 2024, a cancellation penalty of $250 USD per person will be applied if you:

  • Cancel your registration
  • Fail to complete your registration
  • Fail to attend the event

Cancellation penalties cannot be used as a credit towards a future event. Virtuoso encourages you to purchase travel insurance through one of our Preferred Partners to protect your travel investment.

  • Members - Yes, space permitting, more than one Member attendee may join. Please note that all Members who wish to attend need to submit their Request to Attend. Our Regional Memberships Team will review all registration requests to ensure equal attendance between Members and Partners. We will do everything possible to accommodate all registration requests.
  • Partners - Yes, space permitting, more than one attendee may join. Please note that all Preferred Partners who wish to attend need to submit their Request to Attend and second attendee Preferred Partners will pay a reduced registration fee. Our Global Partnerships Team will review all registration requests to ensure equal attendance between Members and Partners. We will do everything possible to accommodate all registration requests.
No, only registered Member and Partner attendees are allowed to access functions/activities within a Virtuoso Event. You may invite a guest to stay with you in your hotel room. Just know, they will not be permitted into official meeting functions (day or night) according to the online agenda.
Networking will consist of 15 total assigned appointments. Each appointment will be 9 minutes long, with a 1-minute transition between each.

Preferred Partners will MOVE and Members will SIT.

Dress to impress! Business casual attire is encouraged for majority of functions. Virtuoso suggests business dress, skirt, pants, blouse, or a collared shirt (tie & jacket optional).

For the Gala Awards Dinner, the suggested attire is black-tie optional. Virtuoso asks that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with tie, and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress..
The Romanos Resort offers free parking for guests and valet parking at a local charge.

Virtuoso are organising a complimentary group transfer from Kalamata Airport to The Romanos on the 14th of May, based on the recommended Easyjet Flight from London Gatwick and we will also offer a complimentary group transfer back to Athens on May 16th for those who are not extending their stays in the resort.
