Virtuoso Forum offers Owners and Managers the opportunity to gather in a collaborative setting that promotes learning, sharing, and empowerment. Forum will draw on the knowledge of outside experts and Virtuoso leaders, provide professional development appropriate for running businesses, afford opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, and include valuable networking time between local agency Owners and Managers and preferred partners.

Virtuoso Forum events are for Agency Owners & Managers, along with Preferred Partners.

• Members – Yes, because space is limited, Virtuoso asks that you request to attend. For more information, please reach out to your Virtuoso Account Director.
• Partners - Yes, because space is limited, Virtuoso asks that you request to attend so we can ensure that partners of all types and sizes are equally represented at the event.

Registration will open Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 10:00AM GMT and close Thursday, October 31 at 11:59PM GMT.

Registering for any Virtuoso event is a commitment to attend. Your registration affects availability for other attendees because each event has limited capacity.

Yes, you can book accommodations through Virtuoso for this event. The room nights of 30 November and 1 December, 2024 are complimentary with your registration. You will need to request these room nights in the hotel step of your registration.

• Members - Yes, space permitting, more than one Member attendee may join. Please note that all Members who wish to attend need to submit their Request to Attend. Our Regional Memberships Team will review all registration requests to ensure equal attendance between Members and Partners. We will do everything possible to accommodate all registration requests.
• Partners - Yes, space permitting, more than one attendee may join. Please note that all Preferred Partners who wish to attend need to submit their Request to Attend and second attendee Preferred Partners will pay a reduced registration fee. Our Global Partnerships Team will review all registration requests to ensure equal attendance between Members and Partners. We will do everything possible to accommodate all registration requests.

• Honor commitments.  This includes attending meetings, appointments, and events you agreed to attend.
• Seek to understand.  Aim to completely comprehend situations before jumping to any conclusions. 
• Report non-compliance issues.  If you have a grievance, please notify us at any Virtuoso Desk or by emailing comment@virtuoso.com.
• Share positive feedback. We love to hear good stories from our network. Please share with any Virtuoso team member or by emailing comment@virtuoso.com.

• Be late or miss appointments.  Please be on time for all meetings, particularly for your Assigned and Matched appointments.
• Take calls during appointments.  For urgent matters, please step outside.
• Solicit for personal causes during appointments. 
• Poach employees.  It is not acceptable to solicit others for employment or contract work while attending Virtuoso events.
• Poach clients.  It is not acceptable to solicit Advisors' clients for any reason while attending Virtuoso events.
• If and when speaking about your competition, please do not use disparaging comments. Promote your own unique selling points instead.
