This workshop is designed for the beginner to using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT. Think of it as AI 101! If you've never used ChatGPT before, or maybe tried it out once a long time ago, but want to learn more about how to effectively leverage it, and other generative AI tools in your business, this workshop is for you. We'll start at the beginning, outlining the different types of AI and focusing in on generative AI. We'll then dive into ChatGPT and similar tools, and learn how to most effectively use them to achieve routine business tasks and create efficiencies. When selling to different generations, it’s important to consider the evolving preferences and behaviors of each age group. For instance, Millennials, now taking as many cruises as Baby Boomers, are indicative of a shift in travel trends. This generation values experiences over possessions and is more likely to spend on travel that offers unique and authentic experiences. They are also tech-savvy and prefer to plan and book their travels online, often influenced by social media and peer reviews. Baby Boomers, on the other hand, have traditionally preferred more comfortable and luxurious travel options, valuing relaxation and cultural experiences. However, they are also adapting to new technologies and are increasingly using online resources for travel planning. GenX values quality and authenticity. Delving deeper into each generation’s unique travel styles and requests can be both informative and entertaining. This approach will not only help in understanding the generational travel choices but also in tailoring marketing and sales strategies to meet the expectations of each group effectively.
