This workshop is designed for the beginner to using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT. Think of it as AI 101! If you've never used ChatGPT before, or maybe tried it out once a long time ago, but want to learn more about how to effectively leverage it, and other generative AI tools in your business, this workshop is for you. We'll start at the beginning, outlining the different types of AI and focusing in on generative AI. We'll then dive into ChatGPT and similar tools, and learn how to most effectively use them to achieve routine business tasks and create efficiencies. Then, we'll examine where in your various business processes could forms of AI be of the most impact. No experience with AI is needed--and in fact it's preferred!
