- Executive Registrations can be requested by any advisor but need approval from the Owner/Manager, upon approval Owner/Manager will share with the Account Director. Additional fee will apply after you are approved.
- Registered Advisors must attend Networking daily or arrange for appointment coverage.
- The Standard Registration fee is refundable if canceled by June 19, 2024, or transferable to another Advisor in the same agency. After June 19, fees become non-refundable upon cancellation, and charges apply for transfers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standard Registration for the event opens on April 3, 2024. All Global Preferred Partners and Advisors will need to Request To Attend. Virtuoso will notify you via email if you are approved to attend.
It's a good idea to verify your Virtuoso.com login and badge information prior to registration. Need assistance? We're happy to help.

- Once approved, you'll receive an email from us.
- Go back to My Events to complete the registration.
If approved to attend, please complete your registration within 72 hours to avoid your request being automatically changed to Withdrawn status.
Advisors: This year, Virtuoso is curating Advisor attendance to create a diverse and dynamic audience that fosters meaningful connections and enriches the event experience for all. Virtuoso’s Memberships team will review all requests each week and approve Advisors based on a qualification process that will ensure a mix of Top, Rising, and Core producers.
Global Preferred Partners: Virtuoso's Partnerships team will review all requests each week and approve as many requests to attend as possible based on the following attributes: Preferred Partner in good standing, and engagement in Virtuoso meetings, events, programs, and training.
Important Notes: Please do not make air travel arrangements until we confirm your request. Submitting a "Request to Attend" means you are fully committed to attending the entire event.
The deadline to register for Virtuoso Travel Week Las Vegas is on June 19, 2024.

Similar consideration is given to Partners. Partner track assignments are partially determined by their selling regions, and special requests (e.g. shared or adjacent tracks) to ensure the most productive and satisfactory meetings with Advisors.
Matched Appointments are 1:1 networking meetings based on attendee selection and preferences selected by participating Partners and Members. Matched Appointments take place each morning (Monday-Thursday). Each appointment is 10 minutes in length to have longer business conversations. Expect 10 Matched Appointments each morning with a five-minute transition time between appointments. Please remember that attending Matched Appointments is mandatory.
How do I make Matched Appointment selections? Use the Matched Appointment Tool, located under My Events > My Schedule. If you need detailed instructions, please refer to the Matched Appointments User Guide.
Note that your available selections each day will vary depending on Partners’ locations. The appointment tracks are divided into quartered sections, and Partners move through a different section each day. You will only be able to select matches from the group of Members/Partners that correspond to your location on a given day. If you are unable to find a specific person during your Matched Appointments, you can set up an Anytime Meeting (not during Matched Appointments).
If you do not submit any or all of your own Matched Appointment picks, Virtuoso will automatically fill your schedule based on your sales preferences (selected upon registration). Please remember that attending Matched Appointments is mandatory.
